This program is great for dancers that are just dipping their toes in or have years of experience. Each class will have one end of the year performance in our spring show!

Jazz / Hip Hop (Ages 11+)

Get ready to groove! This class fuses the best of jazz and hip hop, exploring diverse styles from Broadway and jazz funk to popping, tutting, and breaking. We'll also dive into the high-energy world of sneaker jazz, perfect for dance team enthusiasts.

Contemporary / Lyrical (Ages 11+)

We'll focus on improving your technique and mastering a variety of skills. We will explore the different style of traditional lyrical to the more current contemporary trends. Do you love combos? This class is for you!

Stretch and Flex (Ages 7+)

Improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion, and enhance your overall dance technique in this invigorating class! Stretch & Flex is designed to help dancers of all levels develop the flexibility and strength necessary for various dance styles. We will incorporate a variety of stretching techniques, including dynamic stretching, static stretching, and PNF stretching, to target major muscle groups. This class will also include exercises to improve core strength and stability, leading to better posture, alignment, and injury prevention. Whether you're looking to achieve your splits, improve your back bends, or simply move with greater ease and fluidity, this class is for you

Dance Foundations II (7 years - 10 years)

This class expands upon the foundational dance techniques and terminology introduced in Dance Foundations, taking students' skills and artistry to the next level. While maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment, we will delve deeper into various dance genres (e.g., ballet, jazz, hip hop, acro and potentially others), focusing on refining posture, alignment, coordination, and musicality. Students will develop strength, flexibility, and control, while also exploring more complex steps, combinations, and expressive movement. This class encourages students to build confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of dance as an art form, preparing them for more specialized and advanced dance studies.

Leaps and Turns  (Ages 7+)

We'll focus on improving your technique and mastering a variety of leaps and turns, from pirouettes to grand jetés and dynamic dance team tricks. All levels are welcome! 

Ballet Foundations (Ages 9+)

This class is designed to provide dancers of all levels, especially those with other primary styles, with a strong foundation in ballet technique. We will focus on the fundamental principles of ballet, including proper alignment, posture, and body placement. Students will work on barre exercises, center work, and basic across-the-floor combinations, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. This class is excellent for improving overall dance technique, preventing injuries, and enhancing performance in other dance styles. All levels are welcome!
